The person requesting or receiving services is referred to as the "Client", "you" or "your".

By submitting an enquiry, requesting a booking, accepting a quotation, entering into a booking arrangement or receiving services from the Company, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms and agree to be bound by them, subject always to any rights you have under applicable UK law.

These may include:

  • Event tickets;

  • Theatre tickets;

  • Transportation;

  • Accommodation;

  • Travel expenses;

  • Parking;

  • Entrance fees;

  • Exhibition tickets;

  • Other agreed expenses.

Where reasonably practicable, material additional expenses will be discussed with the Client before being incurred.

7. ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS

An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A quotation may specify:

  • Date;

  • Start time;

  • Duration;

  • Location;

  • Companion;

  • Service type;

  • Agreed fee;

  • Additional expenses;

  • Payment arrangements.

A booking becomes confirmed only when accepted by the Company.

Quotations are subject to availability and may expire if not accepted within the period specified.

8. BOOKINGS

The Company may decline a booking at its discretion where there is a legitimate operational, legal, safety or commercial reason.

The Company does not guarantee the availability of any particular companion until the booking has been expressly confirmed.

9. PAYMENT

Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

For standard bookings, payment is ordinarily collected following completion of the agreed service.

Payment methods may include:

  • Debit card;

  • Credit card;

  • Contactless payment;

  • POS terminal;

  • Other payment methods approved by the Company.

An invoice or receipt will be provided where applicable.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients are encouraged to raise genuine concerns directly with the Company so that the matter can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved.

The Company may retain:

  • Booking confirmations;

  • Invoices;

  • Receipts;

  • POS transaction records;

  • Correspondence;

  • Signed agreements;

  • Service completion records.

These records may be used to establish the contractual history and respond to genuine payment disputes.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Client from exercising any legal or statutory right to challenge a transaction.

11. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

Because bookings may involve reserved time and preparation, late cancellations may result in cancellation charges where these have been clearly communicated and are lawful and proportionate.

Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer cancellation rights that apply under UK law.

12. COMPANY CANCELLATION

The Company may cancel or terminate a booking where:

  • a companion becomes unavailable;

  • circumstances arise beyond reasonable control;

  • the Client provides materially inaccurate information;

  • the Client behaves abusively or threateningly;

  • the booking raises a genuine safety concern;

  • the booking appears unlawful;

  • payment cannot reasonably be completed;

  • continuing the booking would expose the Company or another person to unreasonable risk.

Where appropriate, the Company will seek to provide reasonable notice.

13. CLIENT CONDUCT

Clients must behave respectfully and lawfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Violence;

  • Threats;

  • Harassment;

  • Intimidation;

  • Discriminatory abuse;

  • Unwanted physical contact;

  • Unauthorised photography or recording;

  • Deliberate property damage;

  • Requests for unlawful activities;

  • Fraudulent payment activity;

  • Conduct creating a material safety risk.

A booking may be terminated immediately where serious misconduct occurs.

14. ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATION

Clients remain responsible for their own consumption of alcohol.

The Company may terminate a booking if intoxication materially affects safety, judgment or appropriate conduct.

15. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Clients must not photograph, film or audio-record companions without their prior consent.

The same principle applies to private conversations and communications.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company expects all parties to respect reasonable confidentiality regarding private booking information.

The Company will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Nothing in this section prevents disclosure required by law.

17. PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Company is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged during a booking unless liability arises through the Company's negligence or another legal basis that cannot be excluded.

18. TRAVEL

Travel arrangements must be agreed in advance.

The Client remains responsible for agreed travel-related expenses.

Travel arrangements may be subject to separate terms.

19. HEALTH AND SAFETY

The Company may modify or terminate arrangements where necessary to protect the health and safety of clients, companions or third parties.

Clients must inform the Company of any material circumstances that could reasonably affect the safe delivery of a booking.

20. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

Subject to that limitation, the Company will not ordinarily be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a booking.

The Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of unrelated third parties, including restaurants, hotels, transport providers or event organisers.

21. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Where the Client is acting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Where a term is inconsistent with a mandatory statutory right, the statutory right shall prevail.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, text, logos, graphics and other materials belonging to the Company remain the Company's property or are used under appropriate licence.

They may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

23. WEBSITE USE

Users must not:

  • Introduce malicious software;

  • Attempt unauthorised access;

  • Scrape or reproduce protected content;

  • Interfere with website operation;

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

24. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Company may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to a particular booking will ordinarily be the version communicated or made available when the booking was confirmed.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be dealt with by the courts having appropriate jurisdiction.
